Wenger will be responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning and management, and for expansion and implementation of Calysta’s long term sustainability strategy and programs.
She spent 16 years with Goldman Sachs where she is said to have managed investment banking activities in global natural resources ranging from international mergers and acquisitions and IPOs to multimillion-dollar equity transactions and debt placements.
Her industry experience, reported Calysta, includes natural gas and electric utilities, power, renewables and alternative energy.
