They will come under the Ottevanger brand name.
Ottevanger Milling Engineers (OME) is a global supplier of production equipment and processing lines for the grain processing and compound feed industry. It was founded in 1909.
Involved in feed mil design since 1945, Wynveen International has been part of the Triott Group since 2005. It focuses on turnkey projects, in which complete tailor-made installations are delivered. Its factory is located in Heteren in the Netherlands.
“Merging the activities of both companies will enable the Triott Group to offer a comprehensive and versatile range of services and products through the Ottevanger organization.
“In addition, integrating Wynveen and Ottevanger will increase the level of knowledge sharing, innovation and services the companies offer their customers,” announced Erik Ottevanger, Triott Group director.
He said the businesses have been cooperating intensively for many years, often for the same customers. To strengthen their presence in the market, reinforcing their cooperation through further integration is a logical step, added the representative.
Wynveen’s site in Heteren will become an OME site and retain its function as an engineering and production facility. All the employees will be employed by OME, which will also take over all of Wynveen’s current contracts, including warranty agreements.
