Irish meat industry executive elected to international organization
Philip Carroll, chair of Meat Industry Ireland, was elected to the Board of Directors of the International Meat Secretariat at their General Assembly last month.
The meeting took place in Maastricht on the margins of the World Meat Congress.
Carroll has been chair of the Irish organization since 2015.
